Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Services: Assist with various support services, including cleaning, laundry, and maintenance of patient equipment.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care, including attending handovers and participating in multidisciplinary meetings.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to understand patient needs and preferences.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address patient problems and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Education and Training: Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills in patient care.
  • Adherence to Policy: Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department.
