Customer Care Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of inventory and shipments. This position will support the delivery of essential goods, impacting customers and the company as a whole.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage customer complaints, and maintain accurate records. They will also be responsible for proactively advising customers to ensure satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer front-line support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer complaints and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Qualify and enter customer orders into the operational execution process.
  • Quotation Management: Qualify customer inquiries, provide quotations and updates, set final selling prices with individual adjustments within given price bands.
  • Reporting (creating, refining and reviewing reports).
Requirements
  • Experience in freight forwarding or transport planning with a focus on Sea Logistics.
  • Ability to understand and execute new processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office features, especially Excel.
  • Strong affinity with required customer quality standards.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills.
