As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to our growth and success by identifying and assessing potential sites for stores and warehouses. You'll also develop and implement strategies to optimize our facilities and reduce costs.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage real estate, facilities, asset maintenance, issue management, and performance KPIs for the local market.
  • Supervise contractors on budgets, specialties, and project execution; conduct site visits to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Handle and maintain permits, licenses, and municipal approvals in the system; ensure compliance with zoning, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Negotiate leases and contracts for cost-effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and execute preventive/corrective maintenance schedules for all facilities and equipment.
