
Tech Sales Development Representative

This is an entry-level sales development representative position that involves working with customers to identify and pursue new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively research and communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
Responsibilities- Research and Prospect Identification: Identify potential clients using advanced internet research techniques and tools such as LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and ZoomInfo.
- List Management: Create and maintain a list/database of prospective clients based on target industries, buyer personas, and geographic location.
- Outbound Communication: Initiate outbound communication via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to introduce the company's tech solution and craft personalized outreach messages tailored to each prospect.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- Data Management: Log all activities and maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Tracking and Analysis: Track response rates, call volumes, meeting set rates, and other KPIs daily.
- You will learn to identify and pursue new business opportunities using advanced research techniques.
- You will gain experience in creating and maintaining lists of prospective clients.
- You will develop your skills in crafting personalized outreach messages and initiating outbound communication.
- You will learn to qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
- You will gain experience in managing data and tracking key performance indicators.
- A recent graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
- 3-6 months of BPO experience in customer service, tech support, or outbound sales.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong online research and information verification skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to build a career in tech sales.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or email outreach platforms is a plus.
