As a vital component of our organization's infrastructure, the IT Asset Management role is instrumental in maintaining and optimizing IT assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets and tracking their status.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to software licensing agreements and mitigating potential risks.
  • Collaborating with departments to optimize IT asset utilization and minimize waste.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive IT asset management policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating procurement, deployment, and responsible disposal practices for IT assets.
  • Conducting regular audits of IT assets to identify areas for improvement.
  • Preparing detailed reports on asset status and disposition.
Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT asset management or a related role.
  • Detailed understanding of the IT asset lifecycle, from acquisition to retirement.
  • Familiarity with software license management best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
