Main Responsibilities- Establishing and implementing sales plans aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
- Managing relationships with agents and customers worldwide, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Conducting market research, analyzing data, and creating actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with local businesses, leveraging their networks to expand the customer base.
- Ensuring effective payment management, order tracking, and risk mitigation processes are in place.
- Fostering a culture of excellent customer service, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly English and Urdu.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
