Business Development Head

We are looking for a Business Development Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a senior sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT Enterprise sales within the FMCG sector, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs. They will be able to conduct regular sales and business development meetings to identify new opportunities and deliver the required sales, margin, and profit performance.

Around 3-5 years of B2B sales experience is required, with a minimum of 10 successful sales accounts. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills, and leadership skills.
