Role Overview

Echonet Services is seeking a seasoned Google My Business professional to enhance local visibility and online reputation for businesses in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot multiple GMB listings simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve listing visibility, drive traffic, and increase online engagement.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent Name, Address, and Phone Number (NAP) across all online platforms, resolving duplicate or incorrect listings.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to client reviews and queries on GMB listings, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Generate monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience working with GMB, particularly in reinstatements and optimization.
  • Strong grasp of local SEO principles, Google guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to client account health.

As a GMB Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting Google My Business listings for various clients. You should possess a deep understanding of Google's local SEO practices, compliance guidelines, and effective problem-solving skills to address issues efficiently.
