Callan Hawkins is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Tech Recruiter
responsible for managing end-to-end executive search assignments and driving business development initiatives that support the firm's growth. This position combines client relationship management, niche talent acquisition, and strategic leadership to deliver exceptional results while advancing the firm's objectives.

Who we are looking for:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end executive search assignments for senior leadership and specialized technical roles within technology, cybersecurity, and AI.
  • Source, assess, and present high-calibre candidates through advanced market research, industry mapping, and targeted headhunting.
  • Oversee the candidate lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, evaluation, reporting, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout and after the search process.
  • Provide clients with regular progress updates, market insights, and talent intelligence, particularly on competitive tech talent markets.
  • Manage and expand a network of senior technology leaders, cybersecurity experts, and AI specialists to ensure access to niche talent.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Contribute to team development, and uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and firm values.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience, with a strong focus on technology, cybersecurity, AI, or niche technical hiring.
  • Deep understanding of tech talent markets, modern talent acquisition trends, and strategies for sourcing specialized or hard-to-find skills.
  • Advanced sourcing techniques, including headhunting, social media recruiting, and talent mapping.
  • Strong client acquisition, account management, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and a consultative, professional approach.
