Job Description:

The Marketing Strategy Director is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns to ensure optimal results.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing principles, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Planning: Develops and implements marketing plans that align with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Campaign Management: Oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns to ensure optimal results.
  • Team Leadership: Leads and directs the work of others, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the success of the team.
Requirements:
  1. Communication Skills: Possesses excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  2. Problem-Solving: Has the ability to make swift decisions, work through stressful situations, and solve complex problems quickly.
  3. Leadership Skills: Demonstrates effective leadership and supervising skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in the field or a related area and at least 7 years of experience.

The successful candidate will be able to think creatively, develop innovative solutions, and drive results-oriented initiatives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and media agencies.

You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign results to optimize future performance.
