Job Description

The EA will handle various tasks, including scheduling calls, gathering documents, drafting corporate documents, and managing projects. They will also coordinate with executives, review documents, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to read and interpret financial data, legal contracts, and communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently and handle complex matters.
