About the Role

As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our executives. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining confidential records.

You will also serve as a liaison between executives and staff, clients, and other partners, providing general administrative support and handling sensitive information with discretion.

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for executives.
  • Manage and prioritize executive calendars, ensuring optimal use of time.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Maintain and organize executive files, documents, and records.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by executives.
