Expert Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned CX Analyst to join our team and drive customer experience excellence. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Analysis, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

  • Map customer journeys, identify drop-offs, and uncover opportunities for experience improvement using product analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to create, audit, and refine tracking of key user interactions.
  • Quantify the impact of CX initiatives by providing data-driven insights to support internal teams.
  • Implement and manage data pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of customer behavior and sentiment data.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs, monitor trends, and translate data into actionable business insights.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science or Business Management.
  • No less than 5 years' experience in data analysis within a related industry.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Superb analytical and reporting skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
