Mental Health Professional Opportunity

Job Description:

The position involves delivering high-quality mental health and psychosocial support services to individuals and groups. Key responsibilities include providing evidence-based psychological services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and promoting the organization's mission.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Provide mental health and psychosocial support services to clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with clinical and supportive supervision teams.
  • Work with other service providers to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Develop individualized care plans with clients.
  • Conduct risk assessments and advise staff on safety protocols.
  • Remain up-to-date with professional development opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Master's degree in psychology is essential, along with advanced training in clinical psychology. Relevant experience in mental health is preferred, particularly in NGOs or refugee settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and language skills in English, Urdu, and Pashto are required.
