Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing sales operations in Multan, focusing on achieving sales targets, managing distribution channels, and developing market intelligence.

Responsibilities
  • Meet sales targets and growth objectives in the designated Zone.
  • Stay updated on sales data, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Compile market intelligence and maintain customer profiles.
  • Promote sales and build relationships with dealers and customers.
  • Track sales performance of the distribution network.
  • Submit timely management reports.
  • Stay informed about competitors and develop counter strategies.
  • Maintain strong CRM skills.
  • Provide pricing information and recommendations.
  • Design and execute sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Must be based in Multan.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Fluent in English, Urdu, and local language.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or MBA if lacking technical background.
  • Detailed knowledge of B2B business and distribution systems.
  • Proficient in computer software, MS Office, and reporting systems.
  • Strong sales experience, formal training, and education in selling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable sales track record.
  • Can-do attitude to achieve sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of costing and financial analysis to drive pricing decisions.
