Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bulk Hiring: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring needs across various departments.
  • Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, screen and shortlist them based on job requirements.
  • Interviews: Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability for the position, coordinate and manage interview schedules.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular recruitment reports to track key performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in bulk hiring.
  • Skills:
  • Strong Sourcing and Networking Skills: Ability to source high-quality candidates through various channels.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Adaptability and flexibility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities.
