We're looking for a leader who can drive commercial sales growth while providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Engineers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Oversee daily activities, ensuring effective resource allocation and high-quality technical support for commercial sales engagements.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to strategize on key accounts, identify customer pain points, and develop tailored technical solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings to foster collaboration, share best practices, and address challenges.
  • Review and approve technical proposals prepared by your team, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and impact.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing guidance and support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience in a technical pre-sales or Sales Engineering capacity.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Science preferred.
  • Proven individual contributing Sales Engineer experience.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Strong understanding of commercial sales cycles and value selling concepts.
  • Strong technical aptitude with SaaS, hardware, IoT, and AI/ML technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
