Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of WhatsApp Business API and Meta's platform requirements, with experience integrating and maintaining solutions in alignment with compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, integrate, and maintain WhatsApp Business API solutions.
  • Implement and manage WhatsApp communication flows using Twilio's messaging APIs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to design and launch automation workflows, chatbot integrations, and notification services.
  • Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with Meta's and Twilio's messaging policies.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to WhatsApp API interactions.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience with WhatsApp Business API integration and management.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta's developer platform and compliance protocols.
  • Experience with Twilio APIs, including messaging and conversation services.
  • Proficiency creating and using RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with webhook handling, OAuth, and secure token-based authentication.
