Key Responsibilities:

The Email and SMS Marketing Manager will oversee a team responsible for creating messaging, coding, and executing email campaigns to achieve the successful delivery of our CRM marketing strategy.

  1. Team Leadership: Guide a team of email marketers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  2. Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation programs to increase the company's subscriber base.
  3. Campaign Development: Ensure Email and SMS marketing campaigns align with marketing strategy and business goals. Design and optimize email templates using HTML to ensure they are visually appealing and function correctly across various email clients and devices.
  4. Campaign Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of email and SMS campaigns, using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to make data-driven improvements.
  5. Database Management: Manage and segment email lists to target specific audiences effectively.
  6. Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry regulations.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and engaging email content.
  8. Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve email and SMS performance.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in email and SMS marketing, with a strong background in HTML and CSS coding for emails.
  • Strong leadership skills and solid experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Industry knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM marketing.
