Performance Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through the development and execution of performance marketing strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data-Driven Strategy Development: Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Target Audience Research: Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target relevant customer segments with personalized messaging and offers.
  • Performance Metrics Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
Requirements:
  • Marketing Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an E-commerce or digital marketing environment.
  • Digital Marketing Channels: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Marketing Analytics: Hands-on experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or other attribution and analytics tools.
