About Us
  • Proficiently handle a substantial volume of incoming calls and chats from customers and LiveOps team.
  • Recognize and evaluate customers' requirements with the aim of ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Establish enduring relationships and foster trust with customer accounts through transparent and engaging communication.
  • Exhibit readiness to address all needs, maintaining a positive demeanor to absorb customer frustration and transform negative perceptions of service.
  • Deliver precise, reliable, and comprehensive information using appropriate methods and tools.
  • Achieve individual and team targets related to customer service, including call/chat handling quotas.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines,policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Minimum Academic qualifications: Graduation.
  • Proficiency in English communication is a MUST.
  • A minimum of one year experience in international customer support.
  • Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in the effective utilization of computer software, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Additionally, flexibility to work various shifts, including morning, evening, and night, is a must.
