- Proficiently handle a substantial volume of incoming calls and chats from customers and LiveOps team.
- Recognize and evaluate customers' requirements with the aim of ensuring their satisfaction.
- Establish enduring relationships and foster trust with customer accounts through transparent and engaging communication.
- Exhibit readiness to address all needs, maintaining a positive demeanor to absorb customer frustration and transform negative perceptions of service.
- Deliver precise, reliable, and comprehensive information using appropriate methods and tools.
- Achieve individual and team targets related to customer service, including call/chat handling quotas.
- Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines,policies and procedures.
- Minimum Academic qualifications: Graduation.
- Proficiency in English communication is a MUST.
- A minimum of one year experience in international customer support.
- Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the effective utilization of computer software, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Additionally, flexibility to work various shifts, including morning, evening, and night, is a must.
