Job Summary

An Assistant Front Office Manager is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of the front of house, ensuring high standards of customer service and maintaining the property's image.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing profits, controlling operational costs, motivating and leading the team, and implementing improvements to maintain high performance standards.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Profit Maximization: Maximize profits and achieve financial targets by driving sales and reducing costs.
  2. Operational Efficiency: Control operational costs effectively, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with audit procedures.
  3. Team Leadership: Motivate and lead the team, ensuring legal compliance and maintaining brand standards across the team.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure maximum guest satisfaction to encourage repeat business by overseeing customer service and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
