Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Strategy Executive to join our team at Ferozsons Laboratories Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales strategy in their assigned geographic area, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

  1. Develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers, to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, using this intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
