At NRSP Microfinance Bank, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Area Branches in achieving business targets and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We require a skilled individual to support management in planning, formulation, and implementation of business development strategies for the Area Branches.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a strong business focus on all relevant customer segments and sales of our products and services in the Area branches.
  • This role involves assisting branch managers within the Area in developing annual projections and budgeting for all branch business segments.
  • The ideal candidate will develop business initiatives and strategies and present them to the regional manager and all branch managers of the Area for improving business performance.
  • This position requires ensuring achievement of business targets of asset and liability products and services assigned to the branches of the Area.
  • The selected candidate will also ensure that branch teams are cross-selling products to maximize revenue.
  • This role involves identifying new business opportunities for both asset and liability products and other financial services and guiding BMs/BRMs in business acquisition.
  • The successful candidate will conduct periodic meetings with all branch staff for review of progress on business targets, service quality, and operational efficiency of the Area Branches.
  • We expect the successful candidate to inculcate high ethical values in all staff and ensure their training & development.
  • This position requires ensuring compliance with all regulations, rules, policies, and SOPs of SBP & NRSP Bank.
