Job Overview

Taj Corporation is a leading organization in fuel and food businesses, operating nationwide with a growing network of petroleum service sites.

Sales and Service Leadership
  • Lead sales development efforts to achieve annual business plans, focusing on key account customers and maintaining excellent business relationships.
  • Ensure better customer service at petroleum sites by monitoring staff performance and collaborating with site line managers to develop and retain top-notch services.
  • Respond to customer complaints promptly, addressing feedback and resolving issues through close coordination with site managers and team training.

Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate operational machine maintenance, ensuring smooth execution of site operations and highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities and weaknesses in other businesses, contributing to the company's growth strategy.

Market Development

  • Explore new sales channels, transporters, agricultural, agencies, and companies to expand the business.
  • Develop new site/business points/locations, staying informed about competitors' activities.

Marketing and Supply Chain Management

  • Plan, organize, and implement promotional and trade marketing initiatives for the company's product lines.
  • Contribute to brand development through marketing plans and trade activities, constructively addressing customer complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Proven self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to motivate employees to work as a team, ensuring sales and service meet high standards.
  • Good communication skills for diverse staff and clients, with experience in influencing, persuading, coaching, and negotiating.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, email, and the Internet, with strong time management and cooperative teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, sales operations.
  • Age: 28-36 years old.
  • Language: Preferably Pashto-speaking.
