Key Responsibilities

In this Customer Success Manager role, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with them, and proactively monitoring their account health. Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Providing efficient client liaison and project management abilities to deliver on client requirements.
  2. Conducting training sessions, webinars, and workshops to help customers fully utilize the software.
  3. Driving customer retention through regular check-ins, helping identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features or services.
  4. Representing customer feedback internally, collaborating with product teams to ensure customer needs are addressed in future updates or features.


This role requires a proven ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and proactively offer solutions. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
