Marketing Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and contribute to the growth of our organization.

A successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar industry. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, and a Master's in Business or Marketing is preferred.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in internet and social media strategy, with a demonstrated track record of success. They should be able to hold conversations with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach.

They must be able to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the organization. Leadership skills are essential, particularly in an environment of constant change.

The candidate should be familiar with marketing tools, including PR, written communication, website development, market research, product packaging, Microsoft software suite of products, visual communication software products, and creative services.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Researching and evaluating new opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights
  • Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for existing products
  • Working with product development teams to manage new product development
  • Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications, including the company website, print communication, and advertising
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts
