Logistics Operations Professional Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled logistics professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in 3PL Logistics Operations, with a focus on day-to-day operations management. This role involves planning and tracking shipments, coordinating logistics staff, and communicating with suppliers, retailers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Auction all inbound shipments with minimal response time.
  • Update internal sheets and the company's web portals on a daily basis.
  • Ensure timely documentation of Delivery Orders, Bill of Lading, Release Docs, Proof of Delivery, Rate con, Load Con etc.
  • Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
  • Recruit and coordinate logistics staff as required.
  • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, and truckers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Previous experience in a 3PL Logistics Organization (6 months - 1 year) is highly preferred.
  • Supply Chain graduates or undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Quick learner with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in handling overseas customers via phone calls.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with basic Microsoft Excel functions and ability to analyze data.
