Customer Service & Logistics Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service & Logistics Officer to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate routing, load management, and ensure tracking of delivery vehicles.
  • Collaborate with 3PL service providers for effective daily operations and conduct periodic meetings to resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor the overall inventory control system and schedule daily & weekly inventory checks as per SOPs.
  • Ensure timely closure on all in-transit damages/shortages and open orders to avoid inventory discrepancies.
  • Seek guidance from logistics and supply planning managers for inventory-related in-transit issues and take appropriate actions.
  • Track warehouse status, capacity outlooks, define requirements, and coordinate with 3PL providers for continuous improvement to prevent capacity constraints.
  • Manage deployment of service providers and logistics contracts monthly, and evaluate their performance against operational standards.
  • Initiate cost-saving measures by critically evaluating ongoing operations to maximize cost efficiencies.
