
Dedicated Customer Experience Specialist

As a customer service manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience by managing day-to-day operations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth execution of customer moves.
The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and contractors in the UK. You will also be responsible for coordinating logistical solutions, including office and home moves, as well as piano moves.
About the Role:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including responding to customer emails and calls, and liaising with colleagues and contractors.
- Coordinate logistical solutions, including planning and executing customer moves, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and contractors, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Manage customer complaints and issues, escalating complex matters to senior management when necessary.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on customer service metrics and performance.
Requirements:
- Degree level education in business or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
