
Contract Administrator

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing and administering contracts for various projects.
Main Duties:- Review and analyze Agreement Documents to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Prepare and submit necessary documents/reports and analysis related to contractual issues.
- Monitor project status through regular site visits and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the Project Team to review and respond to Contractor correspondences, providing advice on contractual aspects.
- Lead negotiation and claims meetings, summarizing results after obtaining confirmation.
- Verify the submission of required documentation from Contractors.
- Identify potential contractual implications and initiate appropriate responses.
- Monitor and process commercial and contractual aspects pertaining to Variations/Change Orders and claims.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with a valid Professional membership of PEC and/or International equivalent membership.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in administrating, managing, and handling complex contracts.
- Familiarity with key areas such as indemnities, insurance, guarantees, warranties, and liquidated damages.
- Excellent communication skills.
