Job Title: Medical Biller/Accounting Specialist

Job Description:

  • Collect and document medical visit details from electronic medical records software.

  • Submit medical bills electronically to insurance companies.

  • Follow up on submitted medical bills to ensure timely payment.

  • Verify payroll data for accuracy and completeness.

  • Audit and approve payroll for clinicians.

  • Communicate with clients to address issues and discrepancies.

  • Post received payments to in-house database.

  • Compile and submit regular reports to the administrator.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

  • Excellent working knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong command of spoken and written English.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to hear sufficiently to perceive information.

  • Use of communication to express or exchange ideas.

  • Must have sufficient eyesight to see a computer screen.

  • Lifting up to 20 lbs. as needed.

  • Observation of general surroundings and activities.

  • Fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination.

Work Hours:

Our work hours are from 8 PM to 5 AM due to our international client base.
Some shifts are available during early evening hours, i.e., 6 PM to 2 AM.
