Role Overview

Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
  2. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on real estate trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service.
  3. Property Listings: List and market properties effectively, using a range of tools and strategies to attract new clients and drive sales.
  4. Transaction Facilitation: Coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions, including preparing necessary documentation and communicating with clients.
  5. Negotiation: Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
  6. Professional Development: Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to stay ahead of the competition and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
  2. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
  4. Familiarity with real estate market trends and legal requirements.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software.
  6. Valid real estate agent's or broker's license.
