Sales and Business Development Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, submit, and manage project proposals and bids on freelance platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor proposals to meet their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients to gather information, clarify project details, and negotiate terms.
  • Maintain and update a pipeline of leads and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with our capabilities and resources.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead conversion and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in online bidding on platforms like Upwork (preferred) and Freelancer.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to write compelling, customized proposals and negotiate with clients.
  • Effective team player with the ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and strong time management skills.
