Purpose:

Our Human Capital team is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, including day-to-day tasks related to talent development and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

As a Lead Manager Operations & Recruitment, you will be a primary point of contact for inquiries and part of a team solving complex issues from strategy to execution.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. Implement succession planning and career development programs.

  • Talent Development: Develop and implement HC strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with HC related issues and best practices.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and processes to ensure high levels of employee performance and accountability.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain employees while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Key Skills and Experiences Required
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage HC function's budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • HC Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HC data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage HC technologies and systems to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HC strategies that align with overall business objectives. Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team.
  • Conflict Management: Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with team members and the leadership, escalating where appropriate.

An ideal candidate should hold a Master's / BSc(Honours) degree in Management or any similar discipline.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 8 years of work experience in HC functions of large-scale entities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
