Job Title: Customer Relations Specialist

The role of Customer Relations Specialist is to provide expert assistance and guidance to clients in relation to our services. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a high level of customer service awareness, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver first-class customer support by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • To identify areas for improvement in our services and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • To analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • To communicate with clients via various channels including email, telephone, and face-to-face meetings.
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with clients through regular updates and progress reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their applications in customer relations.
  • Desirable: experience in trading (shares/commodities).
