We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact between our clients and the manufacturing team. Your main responsibility will be to ensure seamless communication, updates, and coordination throughout the furniture order process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and confirm order details.

·Make calls to clients for order verification, clarification, and updates.

·Clearly explain client orders to the manufacturing team.

·Provide weekly updates to clients regarding their order status.

·Track progress of all orders and document any delays or issues in a tracking sheet.

·Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams.

·Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all client and team interactions.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.

·Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks.

·Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling delays or concerns.

·Previous experience in client coordination or customer service (preferred, not required).
