Enhancing Frontline Health Worker Preparedness

The proposed Technical Assistance (TA) aims to enhance Punjab's capacity to manage smog-related health crises by embedding Training of Trainers (ToT) modules within the provincial training framework. The TA will equip district-level master trainers with both technical expertise and facilitation skills, creating a sustainable cascade model for frontline health worker preparedness.
Key Objectives:
- To deliver IDSR training modules on case definitions, surveillance standards, and reporting protocols.
- To conduct ToT workshops for 50 master trainers, covering public health, IDSR protocols, clinical management, adult learning methodologies, and facilitation skills.
Requirements:
- A postgraduate degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or Environmental Health is required.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience are necessary.
- Expertise in disease surveillance, IDSR protocols, and case definitions is essential.
- Experience in training frontline health workers and ensuring compliance with national reporting standards is crucial.
Expected Deliverables:
- A Trainer Toolkit (manuals, SOPs, IEC materials, digital content).
- A ToT Delivery Report (trainer assessments).
- A Final ToT Report (with slide deck) & Cascade Plan.
