Sales Team Lead Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for:
- Interviewing, hiring, training, and onboarding new sales representatives.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targeted sales goals and performance levels.
- Motivating sales associates to promote our products and solutions while ensuring expected metrics are achieved.
- Planning sales programs to achieve key business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-7 years of contact center or sales experience (preferably).
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience (preferably).
- Experience with selling IT skills content.
- Working knowledge of the Internet.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Ability to interact with people from a variety of backgrounds, levels, and positions.
- Ability to anticipate clients' needs.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Approaches work/responsibilities in a professional manner.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Capable of meeting productivity performance goals.
