Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to spearhead our business development efforts in BTL/Brand Activation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and revenue enhancement.
  • Manage critical relationships with clients and partners to foster strategic partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform data-driven business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing or a related field, such as MBA or MSc.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in BTL Services/Brand Activation, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, including market research, campaign planning, and brand management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
