We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Rawalpindi office and drive business growth.
This is a dynamic role that involves developing and implementing strategies to expand our client base in the region, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service to meet their expectations.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow our client base in Rawalpindi.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional service to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Oversee daily operations of the Rawalpindi office.
- Manage and motivate a team of tax and accounting professionals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Successful track record in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
