System Administration Role

The organization seeks an experienced IT professional to manage and maintain clients' IT services and network installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain a diverse range of server and network infrastructure.
  • Work collaboratively with others, demonstrate strong customer focus, and take ownership of tasks.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Manage technical documentation and knowledge databases.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and managed service providers to deliver high-quality services.
  • Continuously monitor and maintain high levels of availability of services, minimizing downtime through proactive system monitoring.
  • Making recommendations for system enhancements, optimizations, and efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in application and server infrastructure administration.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, or OCI.
  • Familiarity with standard infrastructure technologies, including virtualization, backup, storage, active directory, and certification authorities.
  • A working knowledge of REST APIs and VoIP technology.
  • A solid understanding of networking concepts, including routing protocols and troubleshooting commands.
