Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain collaboration between retail business and compliance group to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks related to compliance program as per SBL's requirements.
  • Identify and report compliance issues to relevant stakeholders including business head, compliance head, and Group Head Compliance.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of significant compliance issues for timely closure.
  • Evaluate and endorse policies, procedures, and product programs developed by assigned business units/departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide ongoing guidance on regulatory matters to the team.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in similar roles with excellent analytical, numerical, and data analysis skills. They should also have in-depth knowledge of products, operations, risk management, and banking systems. Additionally, they must be able to conduct site visits and have strong relationship management and problem resolution skills.
