Job Title: Front Desk Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and attend to official guests, ensuring a positive welcome and maintaining accurate visitor records.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of incoming and outgoing visitors.
  • Handle guest inquiries and direct them to relevant departments.
  • Manage receipt and delivery operations at the office, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate hospitality for guests.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and monitoring.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Support the HR/Admin team when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth front desk operations.
  • E nsure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior work experience as a Front Desk Officer or in a similar role.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to foster positive employee relations and interact professionally with visitors.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
