HR & Admin Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our Human Resources department in its day-to-day activities.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records is essential for any organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining both physical and digital records, ensuring they are always accessible and easy to use.
  • Updating internal databases with new hire information and employee details is crucial for effective human resources management. This includes adding new employees, updating existing ones, and ensuring all relevant information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Clear company policies are vital for a well-functioning organization. As an HR & Admin Officer, you will be responsible for creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents to ensure clarity and consistency in company policies.
  • Gathering and verifying payroll data, including bank accounts and working days, is a critical aspect of this role. You will need to gather and verify the accuracy of this data to ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Job advertising is an essential function of this role. As an HR & Admin Officer, you will be responsible for publishing and removing job ads as needed to attract top talent.
  • Scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates accordingly is also a key responsibility of this role. You will need to schedule and manage the interview process from start to finish.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations on HR-related metrics is a valuable skill for any HR professional. As an HR & Admin Officer, you will be responsible for preparing these reports and presentations to help inform business decisions.
  • Developing engaging training and onboarding material is essential for supporting employee development. As an HR & Admin Officer, you will be responsible for developing this material to support the growth and success of employees.
