Human Resources Coordinator Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding & Support: Prepare new hire paperwork, coordinate orientation schedules, and facilitate a smooth first-day experience for employees.
  • HR Records Management: Maintain up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, answer questions regarding policies and procedures, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Recruitment Support: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and assist with background checks to ensure efficient hiring processes.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, prepare reports as needed, and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an HR role or similar position is required.
  • A high school diploma is essential; an associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous.
  • Understanding of basic HR practices and labor laws is crucial.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a professional demeanor, are expected.
  • High integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are must-haves.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS software are beneficial.
  • A proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to help others are highly valued.
