
Strategic HR Administrator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and training records.
- Maintains and updates HR documentation in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supports the recruitment process by preparing job advertisements, assisting with screening, and conducting reference checks on prospective employees.
- Develops and maintains systems to track employee performance, salary increases, and staff training.
- Manages daily administrative tasks, including procurement, office supplies, and facilities maintenance.
- Ensures a clean and safe work environment by scheduling regular cleaning and maintenance of office premises.
- Obtains quotes from vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Addresses building maintenance concerns promptly and ensures office equipment is properly maintained.
- Maintains a fixed assets register for both office and staff houses.
- Facilitates workshop and training arrangements as needed.
