Job Title: Strategic HR Administrator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and training records.

  • Maintains and updates HR documentation in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Supports the recruitment process by preparing job advertisements, assisting with screening, and conducting reference checks on prospective employees.
  • Develops and maintains systems to track employee performance, salary increases, and staff training.
  • Manages daily administrative tasks, including procurement, office supplies, and facilities maintenance.
  • Ensures a clean and safe work environment by scheduling regular cleaning and maintenance of office premises.
  • Obtains quotes from vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Addresses building maintenance concerns promptly and ensures office equipment is properly maintained.
  • Maintains a fixed assets register for both office and staff houses.
  • Facilitates workshop and training arrangements as needed.
