Job Description:

The Human Resources Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering compensation and benefits, and enforcing organizational policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff members in the department to enhance talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow of the HR team to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives.
  • Provide constructive performance evaluations and handle employee disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
Key Duties:
  1. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute a comprehensive human resource strategy, focusing on talent attraction, retention, and succession planning.
  2. Offer guidance and support to HR generalists and management teams on complex HR matters, such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating workplace issues, and handling terminations.
  3. Lead the talent acquisition process, which includes recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for managerial, exempt, and professional roles.
  4. Analyze compensation trends, research competitive pay programs, and propose improvements to attract and retain top talent.
  5. Create learning and development programs to provide internal growth opportunities for employees.
  6. Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  7. Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, review policies, and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
  8. Stay current on HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems.
