Our business is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Telecommunication Specialist. This individual will be responsible for establishing initial contact with potential clients through outbound phone calls and generating leads for our clients in the USA.
Job Description:This Telecommunication Specialist will engage with potential clients over the phone, build rapport, and gather essential information to aid in closing real estate deals. The role requires making outbound calls to potential real estate leads from provided lists, introducing services and offerings to prospects in a professional manner, and building and maintaining strong rapport with prospects and leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential real estate leads from provided lists.
- Introduce services and offerings to prospects in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects and leads.
- Ask qualifying questions to understand the prospect's real estate needs.
- Document lead details and input them into our CRM system.
- Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance goals.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding the quality of leads and call scripts.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to handle rejection in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with real estate or a willingness to learn about the industry.
- Ability to work during USA business hours.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry.
