Job Title: Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

As a customer-facing representative, this role requires an individual to provide top-notch support via inbound chat. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional communication skills and working effectively within a team environment.

Requirements:

  3. 1 year of experience in customer service is highly recommended
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is essential
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  6. Able to maintain a professional attitude and composure in fast-paced environments
